Health issues for the women after 30 yrs of age is common and it also challenging to control. Most of the females at the age of 30 remains busy with their families. In this stage, they normally gives priority to their family members. Absolutely they forget to take care of their own health issues. As the physical difference between men and women, many diseases may effect to the women at their 30s which normally not effect to the men at their 30s. So its the right time to look closely for the women than overlook to different complications that arise gradually after the age of 30.
Health Issues to Watch After 30 Years of Age
Lots of physical complications or health issues may arise among the women after the age of 30. Its depends on the environment, lifestyle, everyday diet, mental condition etc. But the common health or fitness complications may knock at the age of 30s to the women are:
Heart Diseases
Now a days heart diseases is the most common disease or health issues around the world. Every year millions of women died of heart diseases in their mid age. More than 80% of them have no idea about this danger in early age. So that they normally don’t take any precaution of the risk. Women heart is smaller in size than the men and it can beats faster the the men at about 78-82 beats per minutes. Being aware of all the risk, paying attention to bodily changes and ensuring a healthy lifestyle is very very essential for women to prevent critical heart disorder especially in the mid age.
Diabetes
Diabetes is a complication or health issues that can causes many other complicacies to the health. Its decreases the immune system of your body. Women are at more risk of diabetes due to multiple factors that are obesity, hormonal changes, family history, uncontrolled lifestyle etc. Diabetes of women may develop UTIs yeast infections and menopause complications. To prevent the risk of diabetes women are to give more attention to their fitness, controlled eating habits and healthy lifestyle.
Breast and Cervical Cancer
Breast and cervical cancer are two of the most rising threat for the women especially after the age of 30. Most of the death among the women due to cancer results due to just not knowing that you have it until its too late. The earlier you detect it, the better you’ll be able to fight to beat it. All women especially after the age of 30 are to receive cancer screening regularly. Annual screening is the best way to detect breast and cervical cancer before it progresses too far. If you are at the age of 30, need to control your lifestyle develop physical fitness to decrease the risk of breast and cervical cancer.
Osteoporosis and Arthritis
Osteoporosis and Arthritis is a medical conditions which weakens your bones gradually, it may cause fractures which is so painful. These problems arises among the women at early age and sufferings starts after the age of 30. Lack of calcium, vitamin D, physical activity, imbalance everyday diet are the common causes of osteoporosis and arthritis. This complications reduces the ability of work and increase mental instability. The best way to prevent osteoporosis and arthritis are the regular physical exercise, taking of foods which contains more calcium & vitamin D and taking of extra supplement where necessary suggested by doctor.
Thyroid Imbalance
It is one of the common complications among the women of mid age but 80% of them are not aware at all. Thyroid is a small gland located near the throat. Women are more likely to develop thyroid disorder or thyroid imbalance than men due to their complicated physical activity. Thyroid disorder develop obesity, severe headache, lax in all work and many other complications. Thyroid disorder can be managed by a healthy lifestyle, regular physical exercise to keep the body and mind fit enough, taking balance diet and reducing of stress in life.
Regular physical activity or exercise, healthy lifestyle, taking balance diet and remain free from stress are the key to prevent all the complications. All women who are at the age of 30 or crossed 30 are to increase their awareness about those health issues or complications for a healthy and happy life.
